KENYA CULTURAL SAFARI
A journey that blends wildlife, culture, and connection. Over seven days, explore Kenya’s iconic parks and vibrant communities, from the plains of the Masai Mara to the peaks of Kilimanjaro.
Day 1
Nairobi: Wildlife & Welcome. Arrive in Nairobi and settle into Giraffe Manor, where giraffes join you for breakfast.
Visit the Giraffe Centre and the David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage to learn about Kenya’s conservation efforts.
Optional visits to the Karen Blixen Museum or Kazuri Beads Centre before dinner in the city.
Day 2
Journey to the Masai Mara. Drive through the Great Rift Valley to the legendary Masai Mara.
Check into Angama Mara, overlooking the plains. Evening game drive followed by a bonfire gathering with Maasai hosts — songs, stories, and starlit connection.
Day 3
Warriors of the Plains: Maasai Village ExperienceSpend the day on a full safari drive, spotting the Big Five and visiting a Maasai Manyatta.
Join traditional dances, tour mud-and-cow-dung homes, learn about cattle culture, and try Maasai beadwork.
Optional visit to a local school before returning to camp.
Day 4
Lake Nakuru: The Lake People (Kikuyu Village)Travel to Lake Nakuru National Park, home to flamingos, rhinos, and giraffes.
Visit a Kikuyu farming village to cook irio, grind maize, and share proverbs and stories with elders.
Overnight at Nakuru Lodge surrounded by wildlife.
Day 5
Amboseli: Guardians of KilimanjaroDrive south to Amboseli National Park, beneath Mount Kilimanjaro.
Experience a Southern Maasai cultural day with dance, storytelling, and beadmaking workshops.
Evening game drive for elephants and sunset views. Stay at Ol Tukai Lodge.
Day 6
Watamu: Coastal Relaxation & Giriama CultureFly to Malindi, then continue to Watamu. Afternoon visit to Vera Africa Village, an authentic Giriama homestead.
Learn to tap palm wine, cook coconut dishes, meet herbal healers, and join drumming and dancing with the community.
Evening beach relaxation or Paparemo Beach Club.
Day 7
Malindi & Coastal HeritageExplore Gede Ruins, Malindi Museum, and the Vasco da Gama Pillar.
Visit the Falconry of Kenya, enjoy a seafood lunch on Robinson Island, and end the day at Marafa Hell’s Kitchen, a canyon glowing at sunset.
Day 8
Farewell KenyaMorning flight from Malindi to Nairobi for your international departure.
Carry with you stories, songs, and connections that stay long after the journey ends.
