1. Shipping our products

All of our pieces are made by artisan communities from different parts of the world, and each one takes several days of love to finish. In most cases they are unique pieces and in others they are very limited quantities where they will never be made in series. Due to the nature of their creation they will never be identical to each other.

Our shipments come from pieces available in the store or warehouse, which will have a delivery time of up to 7 business days. Others come from pieces in the creation processes in each community, town and country, the latter will take between 2 and 6 months to reach their destination, depending on the process involved in each piece.

Shipping to Other Territories in Europe

Origo Europe ships to certain European territories under DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) incoterms. This means that when placing orders for delivery to destinations such as Channel Islands, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, where customs documentation is required, you are not required to pay any additional customs fees when shipping your order. These additional charges will be covered by Origo

Returns & cancelations

1. Returning or exchanging an item

You can return or exchange items(s) you bought on Origo.store within 3 months of the date of receipt of the Item(s).
To return an item, email us to pmartino@origo.store and please detail the reason of the return request, and if it´s posible a photo of the product and a name and phone number.
We will contact you no later than 48hrs to proceed.

 

2. Receiving your refund

We will process your return as quickly as possible. After receipt of your returned Item(s), we will refund the purchase price including the original standard shipping costs for your delivery. Origo will not refund the shipping costs if you only return a part of the original order. The time for processing your refund is two (2) weeks (14 calendar days) upon receipt. Your refund will be processed based on how you placed your original order.

Credit card: we will credit your account.
Real time bank transfer: the refund will be automatically added to your account.
