A unique piece from Santander

The artisans of Charalá use different types of threads, such as cotton, wool and natural fibers, and use various colors and designs to bring their creations to life. The weaving process requires skill and patience. Artisans combine different types of knots, such as the square knot, lark's head knot, and blanket knot, to create unique patterns and designs on their pieces.
