Light orange Flower Cushion

€160,00 EUR

Developed jointly by 11 artisans from Wallontu Witral, a group of Mapuche textile makers from Nueva Imperial, in conjunction with the Artesanías de Chile foundation, the Metrül collection (pillow in Mapudungun) transfers the mastery of the düwekafe (expert weavers) to pieces for domestic use. A series of 15 cushions, in three different sizes, that preserves the identity of the traditional coastal textiles of La Araucanía: weaving on a witral or vertical loom and a ñimin (drawing) typical of its territory, represented by the figure of a star, a flower or a rhombus.
