A unique piece from Mapuches

A beautiful traditional bag, it is one of the native peoples of Chile. Woven by the laborious and dedicated hands of the Mapuche people, with an artisanal crochet technique, which uses a special hook for its production. In the daily life of the Mapuche, the bag is used to transport food. And in turn, the artisans undertake their crafts, mixing their ancestral techniques with the innovation of their designs, in exchange for recognition and a better quality of life.
